You are in Control

With YourWill from Richard Nelson Online you are in control of the process of making your Will.
    • You select the level of service that you require;
    • You decide on the amount of support you need from our legally qualified staff; and
    • You choose where and when you want to sign your will.

If your requirements are simple, then use our on line facility to draft your Will at a time, and from a place, which is convenient to you and, what is more:

    • you don’t have to pay for the Will until you are happy with it;
    • you can start it and then save it and come back to it at any time;
    • you can access it from wherever there is a computer connected to the Internet;
    • you can begin it at home and finish it at work;
    • you can change your mind and go back and change the provisions;
    • you can access our helpful guides to check on whether some of the provisions are appropriate to you.

If at any time you begin to feel out of your depth, or if you you realise that things are more complicated than you at first thought, you can either purchase some additional legal advice or opt to change over to a bespoke Will. In any event, your Will is checked* through by our legally qualified staff before it is sent to you for signing and you have the option at any time either to purchase additional legal support.

If you want a bespoke Will to take account of more complex circumstances such as inheritance tax, trusts and so forth, then contact us, or request a call back using the form to the right of this page, and we will tell you what you need to think about next and send you a questionnaire and guide (either electronically or in the post) to get you started.

If you are unsure which option to choose, then the “Choose the Right Will” link to the right of this page will help you to choose the Will that is most appropriate for you.

Other Services from Richard Nelson Online

You also have the option to create a number of other documents which will make life easier for you or for your loved ones should anything happen to you.

    • To ensure that you medical wishes are observed at a time when you may be unable to inform a doctor of your wishes – for example, because you are in a coma – you can create a Living Will;
    • Where land and/or property is in the sole name of one person and it is intended to give rights in to another person without transferring the title to that land, you can create a Declaration of Trust;
    • If you own land as a joint tenant you can turn that ownership into tenants in common using a Notice of Severance of Joint Tenancy; and
    • You can make changes to the terms of an existing Will using a Codicil.

Finally you can choose how you want your Will to be dealt with after it has been drafted. This includes:

    • Printing your own Will, and having it signed and witnessed, at home;
    • Having us print your Will for you and then sending it to you for you to have signed and witnessed at home;
    • Calling in at one of our offices to have the Will signed and Witnessed;
