With YourWill from Richard Nelson Online, making a Will could not be easier and you are in charge of how you want to make the Will and, ultimately, how much it will cost you.
If you have a relatively simple estate and are able to gather together the information you need to get started, then there is no reason why you cannot create your own Will on line from the comfort of your own home *.
Simply register with our service, select the appropriate document and start completing it. We will then check it through for you and then send it back, together with further guidance on signing and storage, so that you can print it off and complete it.
If you have a problem, or if there are questions you want to ask, you can even purchase additional help as and when you need it.
It really couldn’t be simpler.
If you prefer not to use the online system, or if you have an estate which is too complicated for our online system, then you can choose to have one of our expert Wills lawyers prepare your Will for you. This can be done either in person or, in certain circumstances, over the telephone or by email.
Simply give us a call to arrange an appointment or fill in the call back form to the right of this page and we will call you. We can then either arrange for you to come into one of our offices or arrange a suitable time for you to give us your preliminary instructions over the phone. We will then forward to you or comprehensive questionnaire and will guide so that you can think through exactly how you want to proceed.
We will be able to dicuss fully with you the requirements you have for your Will, advise you where relevant on issues relating to inheritance tax, trusts, declarations and other matters and ensure that the Will which you make accurately reflects your wishes and is capable of putting those wishes into effect.
Once the drafting of your Will is completed you can then either call at our offices to sign the document or we can make other arrangements for it to be signed and witnessed.
For more information on any of these options you can:
*Note that an online Will is suitable only for less complicated estates.
